Terrible and inconsistent. After installing I had to refresh the page several times before I was able to highlight. Even after turning on, the 'turn on' button still say 'turn on' and not 'turn off'. Highlighted text does not print on hardcopy or in PDF format. Extension does not keep a list of highlighted items in the page.
