Task apps instead if you are not a professional like me and you don't have a smart job make me feel anxious because you don't know what to write. Its background with a cappuccino, notebook and a pen helps me a lot. I feel confident because it makes remember me the paper one! I used to have a paper agenda and I was thinking to leave it and start to use a virtual journal where to write my notes and have a look at them keeping me focused without leaving the computer.
