You need this extension to force Netflix webapp to show 5.1 audio sound if you don't have Dolby Atmos, but you may need also a sound card with Dolby Digital Live encoder (or DTS equivalent) to convert all 5.1 LPCM channels to bitstream on the fly and send it to a DD/DTS 5.1 system through an optical cable. Works like a charm.
