It measures the environmental noise level in decibels (dB) and can be used to detect harmful noises or to protect your hearing. The add-on offers a popup view for precise sound pressure level measurement using your microphone's raw data. It displays RMS data in dB compared to a reference volume level and provides a graphical view and statistical results of the recorded samples.
