Horrible navigation - same issues as others have noted - cannot access any passcode!

At this point, I am VERY FRUSTRATED. I get to the point of "needing to enter" the code which I have been 'provided' with" - only I cannot locate this code anywhere! Have been looking for 2 days - NO LUCK. This product is a great idea, but needs to become user friendly.
