If the speaker icon is not opted to show in the toolbar, there is no way to configure this extension's settings. Using the Extensions toolbar button, or settings -> Extensions, only offers "Manage extension", but that has no link to set this extension's settings: Monitor and mute all new tabs (not incognito), Monitor and mute all new icognito tabs, Show page context menu. The only way to get at this extension's settings is to add it in the toolbar, and click on the speaker icon. When the icon is NOT shown in the toolbar, Manage Extension should include a link to get to the settings for this extension.
