IDN Safe is an Edge add-on designed to block punycode or internationalized domain names. These domain names often allow spoofing of legitimate websites due to their use of Unicode. The risk of visiting a fake site which appears to visually represent a legitimate site is thus reduced with IDN Safe. Additionally, the add-on allows the temporary allowing of domains or the ability to whitelist them completely.
