Where does the file go?

There is no way to tell where the file has downloaded.

Great. Does exactly as it says it does. I'd love to be able to adjust the keybindings however as when converting 100+ pages it does get quite tedious. Perhaps even an option to have it automatically add a chapter / page whenever you reload / move pages to speed up the process even further. Rather than that though, it's a great little extension that does exactly what I wanted it to :)
