Could not get this to work. Xdebug is installed and working with FireFox and Notepad++ DBG plugin. Clicking the debugging icon in the pop-up, or in the toolbar with pop-up disabled in options, or using the altX hotkey did not set the xdebug cookie and no debugging took place.
