This would only be useful for me if it allowed removing downloads from the list - or at least if it respected list removals from the standard interface. It's showing all of my downloads even though I removed several from the list.

Good idea but it does not work properly like the default download button in Firefox. After a certain time of bugging, I have to remove this extension. I hope that the new version will be smooth.
