MyPoints Score is not working.

I left a good review five weeks ago and it hasn't let me sign in since. My ticket hasn't been answered yet either. Original rating: I like the fact that I can check any website from the convenience of my browser, however, I haven't been getting points for a lot of online purchases lately. You really miss out if you don't stay on top of things. Just this past week I had submitted five tickets because I didn't receive points.
