Thank you Mr Anderson. The configuration is very thoughful and I am able to block things exactly the way I wanted. i.e. only allow 5 mins of viewing social sites every 30 minutes using the rollover option at 2.5 min every 15min block.
The exception site list works great too. I am able to allow a sub site like Grok but block the rest of X when the timer is up.

I have started using it today.
I know this kind of things works (at least for me),
but I love thing that they have made it for free even if it has great features. (As a developer, I know what kind of efforts they must have put in it.)
