To piggyback off of Grace, I had the same issue of having to activate the extension on every single page, sometimes multiple times on a single page because it would deactivate on its own but still say it was "enabled". I didn't have time for that, so I moved on. I gave you guys two stars because aside from that the plugin is great. You may want to look into that bug. No hard feelings, that's just the way tech goes.
