you can install the extension, activate the extension, give it access to the site hosting your webex on webex.com but nothing will activate the extension, instead the Site will just ask you to install the addon again.

If I could rate this at 0 stars, I would, because I doubt that the extension's installation process finished successfully. I got a screen where the running icon kept circling for over 30 minutes, so I closed the tab. I already had Webex installed on my laptop (running Windows 11 Enterprise version 23H2), so I hope the problem with the extension for Edge won't prevent me from taking the online courses offered by the PA Office of Elder Justice in the Courts.
