It has two modes of operation and allows users to quickly add or remove domains from the blocklist and allowlist tables. The badge icon text shows the number of blocked items for the active tab.

Totally broke browsing. Most sites will only show source code. Seems to block everything by default, instead of providing the option to block the elements you choose. No way to turn off the addon per site.
