Went onto YouTube to check if it worked and it didn't, it was the one reason I bought it and though there are other websites that it does block, at least it could do it on the world's biggest video-watching website.

Everything I've tried to block ads in Edge DO NOT DO A THING to block any ads what so ever. This is no different. this blocks nothing.

I tried them all - an element blocker too - but only this one got rid of an ANNOYING yellow banner ad across the top of ebay's pages. The banner: it first appeared a few weeks ago. It easily triggered a matching yellow pop‑up ad as well - displayed in Russian language and offering a variety of merchandise. These ads would cover about half the screen.
Otherwise, the Adblock FX add-on does seem to be lightweight. There have been no problems with it.
