This is an excellent add-on. I use Microsoft Intune for desktop device management and I use the ControlUp platform for Digital employee experience monitoring and optimization. This add-on allows me to immediately see any real-time experience issues a user might have without having to leave the Intune interface, saving me time and money. Highly recommend this add-on and if you don't have a DEX tool yet (or need a better one), check out the ControlUp DEX Platform
