Tldr - use chrome version instead even in edge. I have resently tried to start using Edge exclusively. I have previously used prompster in chrome, and there it worked as intended, it is a good time saver. So when migrating to edge i installed the edge version (thinking this would be better), but after trying many things (clearing cache, reinstalling extention, running in incognitio window etc) I never got it to work. Then just for the sake of it I tried installing the extention from the chrome web store in edge, and then it started to work right away.
