When starting the extension i received the error " We need permissions to function on this website, you can activate only for this site or for all. " . That's a strange message, no other refresh program has asked that question. I wonder what it is doing in the back ground.

Does not allow for re-occurring time, I set it for 10 minutes then after the initial 10 minutes expires it defaults to 10 seconds which is unhelpful and not what is needed. Please fix this functionality issue.
