It works! I set a new home page and all was ok. When I went to change to a new home page weeks later, the extension would not save the new page. I had to uninstall the extension, then reinstall it to set the new page. A little annoying.

I have a local page on my computer with all the links I may need, organized and categorized. If you're here, it's because you can't get a new tab to open with your own page.
This app worked simply, and the first time I tried it. Any other apps I tried, failed for one reason or another.
