I guess the dev no longer fixes bugs and/or updates for Edge because there are not many users on Edge compared to Chrome. I suggest you just remove your add-on if not maintained anymore.
UPDATE 2023-02-17: The dev responded. Thank you! I wasn't expecting a response + the update. Looks like this version works for now. I understand that it's a lot of work to keep your addon functioning against the websites trying to defeat the auto swipe or just updating their sites breaking it. I know many people are ditching Chrome, switching to Edge these days, including myself. Therefore I expect more users to use this fantastic addon. I just revised my original rating from 1-star to 5-star.
