A simple extension using the declarativeNetRequest to ensure you only connect over HTTPS

HTTP is an Edge add-on that upgrades requests to HTTPS using the declarativeNetRequest API. It guarantees secure connections by enforcing HTTPS for all connections. This add-on will be obsoleted by the built-in HTTPS-only mode in Edge.
