Very useful with unique functions. It would be better if shows changed pages bold or with light background color and move them to top of pages.

Does not work, it thinks there's a change as soon as you add it. I used the disable after change to check and it disabled when it went off immedietly adding it. I just got a notification but there was no change. Doubtful it will notify me when there is an actual change. Do not use this app, go somewhere else.
