Finally found what I was looking for! Please add the option to customize where we want to place the button (personally I'd prefer it near the top of the tweet)
Could be improved if there is some workaround for posts with multiple media files. For example, if a post has a video as well as couple images, then it only shows the "download image" button and downloads a screenshot of the video along with the rest of the images. Some issues with downloading media from twitter threads too, but these small hassles are insignificant in light of the usefulness of this extension.
