Using the extension in standalone mode on my mac because WSA is useless on MacOS. Despite the keycode being registered with my carbonite/webroot account, the extension sends a notification dozens of times per day asking me to create an account. There is no way to disable notifications from the extension, and the notification itself isn't actionable (e.g. you can't click on it to load the place to even register). It's insanely annoying and support doesn't care that it is doing this.

Have used Webroot for everything virus/malware related for going on 8 years. No complaints until this past year when the WR extension for Edge stops working due to corruption and can neither be repaired nor removed. The only way to deal with it is to contact WR support if you're a customer or use Revo Uninstaller Pro's Browser Extension removal tool if you're not. The extension works seamlessly in the background in both Firefox and Google Chrome. But it's not even a 1 star in Edge.
