Total WebShield is totally worthless and Total AV Support is an even bigger waste of time. I've spent hours with their live chat team trying to get resolution to my problem to no avail. I was finally given a phone number to call, 877-235-0176, but that agent directed me to a different number, 833-201-8681 - option 4. When I called that number and selected option 4 I got a message directing me to their website assuring me that my technical problem would be solved, and then the call was ended.
I most assuredly will not be wasting money renewing my Total AV subscription, and I highly recommend finding any other solution.

Total WebShield works only about half the time. It is always off and i cannot get it working. Useless.
