4.59.0这个版本存在一个长图片卷动问题（不确定是否是从这个版本开始出现的）：查看微博的长图片时，假如鼠标悬停在长图片的最上方（也可以是图片的其它位置），按↓键进行向下卷动图片，卷动一些距离后，本来正常跟随移动的高分辨率图片会突然回到鼠标悬停的图片位置（也就是这里举例的图片的最上方），接着再卷动一些又会再次回到鼠标悬停位置，反复触发，影响长图片的查看。一开始以为是鼠标发生了移动导致，后来多次出现，确定鼠标没有移动依然触发该问题，希望能修复一下
